ONGOING! 9/24/24 AllyBank - Missing Transactions

We've been made aware of users reporting missing transactions when connecting with AllyBank. The issue is on the provider's side. As per the response from AllyBank, they will only provide transaction details for deposit accounts for aggregators. Hence, we will not be able to support transactions for Investment/Credit card accounts through Quicken.  If you are missing transactions from your Checking or Savings account, please contact Quicken Support for further assistance.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
