Mac desktop and online version --- question re: Empower Retirement

When will Quicken classic integrate with Empower Retirement again. This used to work and has been broken for over a year.

    Would you mind providing more information regarding the issues that you are experiencing with Empower Retirement? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? Are you receiving a 0$ balance with investment accounts?

    I comes up with error and nothing comes in

    This used to work about 3 years ago and spent time calling Quicken and Empower and empower knows there is a problem
