Can't download First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)

For the past week i have been unable to download from FNBO. Today i tried resetting the account and this did not work. I then deactivated online access completely and attempted to set up anew, but got "Sorry. We encountered an error. (It's not your fault)." There is no actual error code given.

Got this repeatedly today, can log in to FNBO directly online with no issues.

    I'm having the same issue. FNBO upgraded parts of their portal. I'm sure that is the root cause.

    Did you contact Quicken Support and get any answers?

    Same issue here for at least a week. Tried resetting the account and now I get the very unhelpful "Sorry. We encountered an error. (It's not your fault.)"

    I contacted Support and they said "It needs to be escalated but i do not have time to do it right now so i will need to call you tomorrow or you can call me, but you will need to screenshare."

    This is not an isolated error obviously, so this seems like an odd solution.

    I actually connected w/ Quicken Support and was online with them for an hour while they escalated it. Long story short, they acknowledge the issue. Are aware of it and committed to fixing it, but no ETA promised

    It is additionally annoying because last month it took them nearly 2 weeks to diagnose and fix issues connecting to American Express bank. And today that one isn't working again either. Lately Quicken seems to be having lots of connection issues

    Neither FNBO nor American Express savings web connect/download has worked for nearly 2 weeks. Quicken doesn't seem to be serious about fixing these issues.

    I'm unaware of the process and time frame that Quicken support needs to iron out these anomalies. Hopefully this is fixed soon.

    Two weeks and counting to make a change that affects many people. WHATS GOING ON AND WHEN EXACTLY WILL THIS BE FIXED???

    Works for me too. Excellent! Now they just need to fix the CC-502 error on American Express Savings
