How can I link new Wells Fargo Checking and Savings to my existing Quicken?

Hello, I have tried several ways and read some suggestions, i did navigate to the web suggested in a chat and even received a confirmation email from Wells Fargo for the acknowledgement, however nothing works, I am unable to add my new accounts, please help!

I am on Windows by the way, just nothing pulls up as I try to log in, no errors at all now.

What exactly is occurring? Are you having issues signing into your accounts or downloading transactions? Exactly what occurs after signing into your Wells Fargo accounts?

Hi, I am trying to add the accounts to Quicken and allow to download, but its not letting me add the accounts at all. The first 2 tries, i received an error, but now i don't get anything, no response, no errors, nothing occurs when i try to add the Wells Fargo accounts to Quicken.
