Hello @blkmacster,
That specific error message in your screenshot means that the financial institution is temporarily or permanently blocking the connection. Considering that there is currently a know connection issue with Quicken Loans, it's likely that the error message you are seeing is related to the known issue. Though we do not currently have an ETA, you can bookmark this Community Alert to get updates when available and to know when the issue is resolved. If you do not see the bookmark icon at the upper right, please make sure you are logged into the Community.
Thank you!

I have been having the same issue since March 17th, 2024. While this is a known issue, it is hard to imagine that you can't fix this. This is an issue with Rocket Mortgage since I have other programs that can not access my Rocket account either.
Since this is a known issue, and this account is set up as a loan account, is there a work around to open a register to manually enter the principal and interest to get my balance correct? I can not seem to find a register or any way to update my balance

Hello @BigBill2878,
If you want to track the loan manually, you certainly can. Warning: If you do choose to deactivate the loan account and track your loan manually, you will not be able to reconnect the account once the issue with Rocket Mortgage is resolved (you would be able to add a new connected account though). Please review this FAQ for more information about tracking loans in Quicken.
To track the loan manually, first backup your Quicken file. If you want to use the existing loan account, and convert it to a manual account, you will need to deactivate the account. Once the account is deactivated, the transaction register for that account should be available for you to enter manual transactions. If you prefer to create a new loan account to track the loan manually, then follow the directions in this article on creating new accounts.
I hope this helps!
