Navy Federal /aggregator-authv2 error

I've seen this error closed in a number of discussions but no resolution.

I attempt to authorize my Navy Federal accounts but after signing in and selecting the accounts, I receive a text and email stating that my accounts are linked but the page that comes up shows

{

"timestamp": "2024-09-26T20:37:02.118-04:00"

"status":500,

"error": "Internal Server Error"

"path": "/aggreagtor-authv2/aggAuthError"

}

I done this multiple times. I have called NFCU and we tried a few things and I was told that there was nothing more that they could do.

What is the solution? I have the PC version. My browser is Chrome and I have turned UBlock off.

This has gotten beyond frustrating and I have been trying for 4 months. To add insult to injury, I now have a similar issue with my Citi credit card account. After going through the outlined steps, I get an email from Citi that states that Quicken now has access but the Quicken One Step Update window shows that the "Sign in to Citibank failed. Try again."

I have now also followed the instructions from:

and I still have the same issue.

    Hello @Kscott,

    If you are still experiencing an issue after it has been marked resolved, we recommend that you contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance as they can walk you through troubleshooting steps in real-time and escalate the situation as needed.  The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.

    The Citi issue you mention is due to a known issue where incorrect transactions were downloading, so the connection is being blocked while that issue is being worked on. Though we do not currently have an ETA, you can bookmark this Community Alert to get updates when available and to know when the issue is resolved. If you do not see the bookmark icon at the upper right, please make sure you are logged into the Community.

    Thank you!
