Report Description text box under report title?

I'd love to see a text box beneath report title where a description of what the report contains and how it is presented can be placed!

    I would like to see something print out with the report underneath the title.

    Title: core living expenses I and E Report

    Description: personal expenses only, omitting kids, expenses and business expenses

    I agree that would be a useful feature. As it is today it is not possible to add any notes to a report, printed or not, or to tell what built-in report a customized report is based on.
