Vystar CC-506 error started 9/28/2024

Yesterday and prior daily downloads from Vystar have been without issues.

This error started today. I have never received this error code before: CC-506

I was able to log into my Vystar account via a browser. The site is not down.

Anyone else getting this?

    This appears to be Vystar issue. A friend got the same problem this morning with their download from Vystar.

    I tried adding the Vystar account to a test datafile and got:

    I submitted a ticket to Quicken. It's probably some weekend maintenance being performed by Vystar.

    I'm having the same issue. Contacted VyStar and they don't seem to be any help. They told me to disconnect and reconnect and it didn't change a thing.

    Was it the Vystar online tech department? The regular Vystar support hasn't got a clue.

    I'll wait till tomorrow to see if it is fixed. Sometimes Vystar does weekend maintenance that disable features. The fact that even adding a Vystar account connection can't be done and the error indicates on the Quicken/Vystar side indicates to me it might be worth submitting a Quicken ticket. I submitted a ticket.

    Vystar support reported this morning via chat "Aaliyah :   Our IT team is working on the issue at this time. We do not have a current ETA"

    The good news is that they are aware of the issue. The bad news is there is no ETA when it will be resolved.

    I followed the instructions in the support article listed above but it did not resolve the issue. Did it resolve the issue for anyone else?

    This is a Vystar/Quicken issue. Vystar support acknowledged that it is being worked with no ETA for resolution.

    As a test, I started a new Quicken datafile and tried to add Vystar and got the error

    I also noticed that when login onto VyStar thru a browser it no longer accepts 'remember me'; every time I log on I need to respond with a text-message code. This may be related.

    This morning with OSU, I got the following error from Vystar:

    So, I performed an add of the Vystar accounts and got:

    which did not allow me to add the Vystar accounts.

    So I deactivated all the Vystar accounts and retried adding and got:

    This linked all the Vystar accounts correctly and downloaded the latest transactions.

    So it appears the download worked today after re-adding the Vystar accounts.

    More info:

    A friend of mine used the Quicken update for the individual Vystar account instead of OSU and the connection worked without the errors and the need to re-add the Vystar accounts. So maybe, OSU behaves differently for an update than updating the individual account.

    I have the Quicken Classic Deluxe version for Mac. This morning I went to Account Settings for each Vystar account and disconnected downloads. I then went back and reconnected my checking account. It then pulled up all of my Vystar accounts and I had to link each one to my account names in Quicken. The problem is now resolved. Apparently Vystar renamed all of their accounts and Quicken could no longer find them.
