    Been using Quicken since they started. I owe my early retirement to this program, my post retirement investment net worth, and the great budgeting and planning features. I have seen all the glitches over the years and there have not been many. They get fixed. Every time there is a glitch people want to dump Quicken and go to what? There is nothing out there that can do what I need. As far as their yearly fees, it is a very low cost vs hiring a CPA, a Tax person, or a financial planner. Before they started the yearly fee, people were sharing the program because there was no lock on it. I was guilty myself. I'd give a copy to each of my kids. Their fee is justifiable for that reason alone. When there is a glitch - just input transactions manually. Right now I have the same issue with downloading my Costo Citi Card data. Not that big a deal to manually do it until it's fixed. Good luck! I am sure I will get slammed for defending Quicken. All I can say is since the late 80's this program was and still is the best tool for my financial life

    As far as I can see, the Citi Card problem still exists, including Costco. Neither Costco nor Double Cash cards are not working.

    Costco Citi Credit Card has been updated to allow for the download of transactions. This connection option should download transactions normally; all other CITI connection options will continue to receive an error FDP-390, CC-902, and reauthorization requests when attempting to update or add accounts.

    Thank you for your patience.

    You have to select COSTCO from the search for institution page not CITI CARD or CITIBANK

    Hello @ike229,

    To assist with the issues you mention, please provide more information. What happens when you try to connect? Are there any error messages/codes?

    Two of the financial institutions you mentioned do currently have known issues, which may be causing the connection issues you're encountering.

    @MrMagoo,

    If you have a Costco Citi credit card that is unable to connect using the Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi connection option, then please contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance as they can walk you through troubleshooting steps in real-time and escalate the situation as needed.  The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.

    Thank you!

    Quicken Kristina

    The issue is that you have to type in COSTCO and pick your type instead of selecting CITI
