PSE&G verification
PSE&G requires a verification code which is received on my phone, but the screen to enter the code never comes up. I then get the standard message that the program is trying to connect with PSE&G.

To clarify, you are experiencing this issue when attempting to add PSE&G as an online biller? If so, what exactly occurs after requesting the verification code? Do you receive any error codes or messages? Does the biller appear to add and then not download information?

Gets as far as sending me the code — but then Quicken never asks for it to be entered.

Jasmine, sorry for the delay. This happens when I try to link PSE&G to a reminder in the bills section for the auto fetch of the bill. I get the screen that asks to send a verification code which does go to my cell phone but the screen to enter the code never appears. It finally times out. Now I have 2 PSE&G bills at the top of the bill list that show they need attention because that bills site needs verification.

To start with, I suggest you try to Review and Repair Online billers. However, I do recommend that you save a backup of your data file first (just in case). After that, please navigate to the Bills & Income tab and click on the gear icon on the top-right. Then, click on Review and Repair > Review and Repair Online Billers in the dropdown menu.

Hello @Earl Zier,
There are a couple of possibilities. One is that it's a change on the FI side that isn't properly communicated to our service provider, resulting in the script not being set up to handle the 2FA/MFA. The other possibility is a file-specific issue (file damage/malfunction).

@Quicken Jasmine, I am having the same issue with PSE&G bills. I receive the 2FA code and then no screen comes up in quicken to enter the code. This has been going on all year almost and there was a closed topic months ago with no resolution.
Is the problem going to be fixed? I don't like paying for premium, which includes bill pay, and constantly have issues.

I'm having similar issues with Xfinity and PSEG w/r/t adding bills. Also issues with Chase and Wells Fargo (quicken doesn't recognize that I have accounts with the correct connection, even though I do).

This is what happens when I refresh the biller. I get a code sent to my phone, and then the wheel spins for a while and goes to the "Still connecting to PSEG" screen and never offers a field to enter the 2FA. Using Quicken Classic Deluxe for Windows.

Same for me for past several months at least. Enter my username and password, I am then asked whether to text or email me the code. I get the code, but Quicken never comes back and asks me to enter the code.
