Quicken for Mac - Is it possible to add a column to portfolio which shows annualized performance percentage for YTD, 1yr, 3 yr, 5 yr, etc.

Unless I'm not understanding your request fully, this functionality already exists. Click on the account, account group heading, or Investing heading in the left sidebar, select the Portfolio tab, and set the first filter to show Performance and the second filter to show by security, account, asset class, etc. Click on the Columns icon in the upper right, and add the ROI and/or IRR performance columns you wish to see.
