Express Web Connect+ ... what happend?
Express Web Connect+ was working great for my accounts with Chase, US Bank and American Express.
In July it quit working for US Bank; this weekend it quit working for my Chase accounts. Still working for American Express! Luckily, my Fidelity accounts still use Direct Connect.
So now I am importing transactions from US Bank and Chase websites like I did years ago. How could Quicken screw this up so badly? I sure wish there was a viable alternative to Quicken.
I have used Quicken since it a DOS based product, and it has always been somewhat a buggy piece of software, but this is getting ridiculous!

No error messages, seems to be an ongoing issue with EWC+.

Not working in what way? You need to be VERY specific if anyone is going to be able to help. So far, you haven't provided ANY WHERE NEAR enough info for anyone to diagnose.
Have you recently "reset" these accounts? Changed download methods? Anything else?

The steps I took with EWC+ were very simple. Click the little gear at the right top of the register view, select the download now option. The results are all normal (no error messages), but zero transactions are downloaded.
I have done all of the suggested steps, reset the accounts, deactivated and reactivated etc. Yes, I did finally change the download method. I am now downloading the transactions into Quicken with Web Connect (import a QFX file from your bank's website) for Chase and US Bank. It takes more steps than EWC+, but it works. Direct Connect is no longer available with Chase and is not free with US Bank. As of now, EWC+ is still working with American Express and Fidelity allows me to use Direct Connect.
One only needs to look at all the problems posted here to realize that EWC+ is at best very unstable. It does not matter to the end user whether it is a Quicken problem or the financial institution's problem. They pay for the functionality, and it is not working.
By the way I am a retired IT executive, and I have been using Quicken since 1988
