Attempting to run Reconciliation History gives me spinning beach ball on Mac
I am trying to pull up my Reconciliation History - every time I select it from the Accounts menu or within the Reconciliation window I get a spinning beach ball requiring me to force quit Quicken. I've rebooted my machine and Quicken is the only application running. Anyone else run into this issue?
System details: Quicken Classic Deluxe 7.9.1 on an Intel iMac running Ventura 13.7.

Hello @elaunder,
When did this issue begin to occur? After a recent update? Do you receive any error codes or messages?

Since you've already restarted your Mac, one more thing to try is to log out of Quicken and log back in. With Quicken running, pull down the Quicken menu and select Sign Out. Then Sign In. I can't imagine why a possibly expired token would affect Reconciliation History, but it can't hurt to try.
Do you have more than one account in Quicken? Assuming yes, if you switch to another account and select Reconciliation History for that account, does it come up or hang?

Thanks for the responses. I haven't looked at the reconciliation history in some time so its hard to know how long this has been going on. I am not receiving any error codes.
I tried logging out and back in and the problem still persists. I only have one account in Quicken. I can try it on another machine tomorrow and see if it still is an issue.
thanks again!
