USAA downloading online balance but not transactions (repost)
I am seeing the same issue in my USAA checking account that @edmfowler encountered in the post below.
Since the above discussion is closed, I'm reposting the issue. No error messages. I have tried deactivating then activating the online services in my USAA checking acount but no joy. Note there is no issue with my USAA credit card account, just my checking account. Thanks in advance for your inputs.

Hello @MPS,
If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
Once that is done, see if the issue still continues to persist.
Hope this helps!

I had the same problem. I tried the solution suggested by Quicken Anja and it worked. There was one downloaded transaction that had already been recorded and reconciled so I deleted it before Accept All. Also, the account's Opening Balance was changed so I corrected it.
Thanks for your assistance, Quicken Anja.
