Citi One step update not workin
All I get is that my credentials do not match. I have logged directly into Citi and they work. I can find no where on the Citi pages directly to authorize my account to work with Quicken.

The first troubleshooting step I would try is to log off your Quicken profile and log back in.

Hello @jjnesser,
If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you described receiving? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments. Please remember to redact any personal information as needed.
Thanks!

Hello @jjnesser,
Have you attempted to reach out to Citi Bank for further assistance as stated in the error message? This error message indicates an issue with the information that the financial institution is sending. It is recommended to request to speak to a tier 2 agent or supervisor as they are generally more familiar with third-party applications such as Quicken.
I hope this helps!
