When I go to Online Services and select Reset account, I get the message 'Quicken could not complete the account reset'. How can I get this connected again so the items download?

If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you described receiving? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot.
