Still having Issues with Citibank Connection...

I have had this problem for a while. I have followed the directions to reauthorize my Citiback Accounts, but cannot get it to work. After I login in to reauthorize, it brings me to a screen that states "Records Don't Match - One or more of your entries doesn’t match our records. Please visit Citi Online to update your account" - but there is no where to update the account. The only way i can get my updates is by using WebConnect and downloading the connection manually.

Thanks for your assistance.

    Hello @sschiffm,

If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you described receiving? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments. Please remember to redact any personal information as needed.

    Thanks!

I am getting the same "Records Don't Match - One or more of your entries doesn’t match our records. Please visit Citi Online to update your account" message as @sschiffm. I know my Cit username and password are fine as I have no trouble logging in to my Citi accounts.

And, when I do sign in to Citi what update to my account is needed? Since my login and PW are correct, what needs to change. I had no trouble downloading directly from Citi to Quicken until a few months ago, then it all went haywire.

    I am a Windows 11 user

    Thanks for your help
