    @rbw111 I can't create this situation, so I can't test possible solutions. 😉 I can offer a few ideas to try…

    • Even though the Edit Budget window doesn't have a menu bar at the top, it is a resizable window. Click on the top of the window and drag it down to make the window smaller. This will also shrink the window size from the bottom up. Does that bring the bottom of the window into view?
    • Open your budget. Then select View > Open in New Window. This will open the budget in its own separate — and smaller — window. Click Edit budget in this window, and see if the bottom of the Edit Budget screen is visible.
    • Open your budget. Then select View > Enter Full Screen. Click Edit budget in this window, and see if the bottom of the Edit Budget screen is visible.
    • Temporarily change the screen resolution of your Mac to a higher size: on the Apple menu select System Settings, and then scroll down to select Displays. Below the icon for Built-in Display, is there a list of screen resolutions? If not, click Advanced, and turn on the slider for "show screen resolutions as a list". Now select a higher size. (So if your existing resolution is 1600 x 900, you might be able to select 1920 x 1280. the exact sizes available depend on your specific Mac, and you haven't identified what model MacBook Pro you're using.) (Note that this will move around icons on your Desktop, so if you have a lot icons loose on your Desktop and you have them carefully arranged, be aware this will shift things around.)

    Your 3rd suggesting allow me to see the top 1/4 of the buttons. I have a macPro 14 inch 2021; 1st & 2nd suggesting didn't not work I could not control the pop up screen.

    I have a macPro 14 inch 2021

    I have a 13" MacBook Air, and have no problem with the Edit Budget screen. The Edit budget screen opens to about 2/3 the height of the Mac screen, and is centered vertically. Even if I shrink the main Quicken screen to its minimum size, the Edit Budget screen opens larger than the Quicken screen. If I drag the top or bottom of the Edit Budget screen to make it as tall as I can, it stops at about 90% of the height of the Mac's screen. I can't come up with any way to enlarges the Edit Budget screen past the height of the display.

    Your MacBook Pro's slightly larger screen should, theoretically, present no problem. The only thing I can think of is if your computer is set at a smaller-than-native resolution to make things larger for you, and it's below the minimum they designed this screen to work at. So let's settle that question: What is the resolution of your computer set at? (To see this: on the Apple menu select System Settings, and then scroll down to select Displays. Below the icon for Built-in Display, is there a list of screen resolutions? If not, click Advanced, and turn on the slider for "show screen resolutions as a list".) My MacBook Air defaults to 1460 x 956 native resolution.

    Your 3rd suggesting allow me to see the top 1/4 of the buttons.

    I just re-read your original post, and wanted to clarify which window is off the bottom. I've been talking about the Edit Budget screen; is that the one cut off, or is it the Save Categories to Budget screen? you said you can't see the Save button, and the only Save button is on the Edit Budget screen. But the Save button is at the same height as the Select Categories and Select Accounts buttons, and you didn't mention not being able to see those, so I may not have a full picture of what you're describing. This is the bottom of the Edit Budget screen:

    Can you not see any of that? Or are you seeing the buttons on the left and not the right?

    When you say you can see 1/4 of the buttons, can you click them? In other words, although it's aesthetically not right, do you have a functional way to deal with this issue?
