Not letting me update anything, When I go to change assumptions, I get a navigation to the webpage was cancelled.

To assist with this issue, please provide more information. When did you first notice this issue? Did the issue coincide with a program update? If not, do you recall if anything happened around the same time that may have triggered this issue (such as an unexpected program or computer shut down)? Do you keep your Quicken file directly on your local hard drive? Is it synced with any cloud services, such as OneDrive, iCloud, or Dropbox?
If you haven't done so since the issue started, I recommend that you restart your computer. If the issue persists, try manually reinstalling the most recent update to Quicken. Please follow the instructions in this article to do that:

Try this.
With Quicken not running use Windows File Explorer to delete this folder:
C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Cache
And then start Quicken and try again.
