Check numbers appear in wrong column

After download, check numbers do not appear in check number column. This started about September 2024

    Which column are the check numbers appearing in? Do you have a screenshot you can share with us? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot.     While you're working on creating screenshots, could I also trouble you add a screenshot showing a check transaction as it appears on your bank's transaction detail webpage?

    If would also help if you told us the name of the bank. Did the bank recently change the format of their website?
