Is anyone getting errors on cloud sync for one step update, banks not updating
Banks are not syncing with cloud or updating on onstep update.
I receive an error message for sync and update

You posted this in the Quicken on the Web category, can you confirm that you are experiencing issue in the Web app or in your desktop program?
Also, can you please elaborate and provide the exact error message you are receiving? It may be helpful to provide a screenshot as well. AI told me to take off cloud sync on update. Did that and update went thru for all but one bank. Error 502. Which I will give time n try again
Put cloud sync back on to one step update and all good except for one bank error 502.0
