Investor360 Connection Problems
Hello,
Is anyone else experiencing issues downloading data from investor360? I've been getting the following error message for the last two days.
The other question I have is why quicken has two instances of investor360 for downloads? I have to use both as the top one only supports my kids' 529 plans while the bottom one supports my other investments. The top one doesn't allow for detailed downloads, the bottom one does (but currently broken). I noticed that I can't download 529 investments with the bottom one, yet I can download all my other investments with the top one, but without transaction details. Any reason Quicken can't consolidate the two connections and allow detailed downloads of all investments?

Hello @ANK and @Librarian1976,
To start troubleshooting this issue, please follow the steps below:
To start with, I suggest deactivating the account(s) experiencing this error, removing the saved login credentials from the Keychain Access app, and then reactivating the accounts. However, before doing so, I do recommend saving a backup of your data file first. Then, please check and make sure you do not have any hidden accounts that may be connected to this financial institution.
- Go to the Accounts menu and choose Hide and Show Accounts
- Uncheck any accounts with this specific financial institution that are checked as hidden in Lists
After that, please follow the troubleshooting instructions below.
- Open the account register and navigate to the Settings gear on the bottom-right corner
- Click on the Downloads tab
- Click Disconnect Account (if there are more than one account associated with this financial institution, please repeat steps 1 through 3 for each account)
- Quit Quicken
- Open Finder and navigate to Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access app
- On the left panel in the Keychain Access app, select Login and select Passwords at the top
- Search for the financial institution's name in the top-right search field and delete any entries found showing "Quicken password for [your financial institution username] at [financial institution name] "
- Quit the Keychain Access app and reopen Quicken
- Navigate to Accounts > Add Account...
- Use the search field at the top of the list to find and select your financial institution and click Continue
- Follow the prompts to sign in using your login credentials associated with the financial institution
- If the accounts have been found successfully; use the dropdown menus to link each account to the appropriate account in Quicken
Let us know how it goes!

Hi @Quicken Kristina. The troubleshooting steps did not resolve the issue.
I am still interested in understanding why there are two investor360 institutions in search results that offer vastly different experiences in terms of transaction details tracking.
Thank you,
ANK

Hello @PK2K,
The error you're seeing is how this issue shows up in Quicken for Windows. Here's the link to the Quicken for Windows discussion on this issue:

On Quicken Mac, getting OFX Error 16503 for the last 3 days on trying to connect with Investor360. I can add my accounts and get the downloads, but on the next login I get the error above.

After the most recent Quicken update, investor360 downloads are working again for brokerage and IRA accounts. When setting up accounts there is only one entry for the institution, however, 529 plan downloads are now broken. Previously they could be setup only using the second financial institution instance of investor360. See my initial post screen shot for reference if necessary. Hopefully quicken and investor360 can figure out how to get all accounts to synchronize soon.

similar problems my accounts connect fine with Investor360 (not my 520 plans) but no longer with Investor 360. (The difference is the space). However, the price per shares reported are as of 10/28/2024, even though my account say "Last downloaded November 10, 2024" I show the same prices per share everyday since then n my holdings even though elsewhere in the information the correct prices are shown.
