Quicken Online Balance $848.25 > bank's online balance and Quicken Current Balance
Quicken's Online Balance doesn't match bank's online balance. The bank's balance does match my Current Balance. Could this be why transactions are not being downloaded? Two other accounts at the bank download successfully.
Using Quicken Classic Deluxe, R54.9 on Windows 11.

The bank is Citizens.

So…I have discovered that I caused the problem. I don't know how or who closes these discussions, but this should be closed.

One checking account wasn't updating. I wasn't able to fix it, so I started clearing items so I could keep track of what was cleared by the bank. Not the right move. I finally fixed things by deactivating and reactivating the account, and in the process, clearing all the items shown as not cleared yet in my Quicken account, even though I had manually cleared them. That synced my Quicken account with the bank. The moral is, don't manually clear items.
