2FA Issues with PSE&G (QMAC)

Hi Jasmine - I am experiencing the exact same issue. I get the 2FA token texted/e-mailed to me once I request it in Quicken. But Quicken never prompts me to enter the code. It says it's trying and eventually it will say it failed…without ever prompting for the code.

@Quicken Jasmine I'm experiencing the same issue. I've switched the 2FA to use mobile and another time my email over 7 different times. Every time it times out when it should open the prompt to enter the code. I restarted the app with no fix. Running the latest Quicken version: Version 7.10.1 (Build 710.55389.100) on Mac OS 15.1.

Hi @Quicken Jasmine that option doesn't appear in the Mac version, which I'm using the latest Version 7.10.1 (Build 710.55389.100). You can see that in the screenshot.

I concur with @skillz194. This seems to be basic troubleshooting advice for biller issues in QWIN.
@Quicken Jasmine can someone look at this specific biller for QMAC?

I apologize for the confusion. You were given Windows instructions as the original thread you both commented in was in fact a Windows thread. Therefore, those instructions previously provided by @Quicken Jasmine would not work for you. I went ahead and split your comments from the Windows thread into a separate Mac thread.
First, can you please confirm which of these to instances of PSE&G you are using in our eBills list to connect with (see below)?
