Attempting to manage my Quicken subscriptions
On my Windows PC, I first open "Quicken.Ca" to log in my Quicken account. Sometimes I land on a canadian web page. Sometimes I land on a non canadian web page.
The screenshots below show the 2 different web pages I can land on. To every screenshot, I added a red arrow and a note with a yellow background.
As you can see, when I'm on a non canadian web page, I can't manage my subscriptions. It would be nice if I could always land on a canadian web page. I'm wondering why this odd behavior is occuring and how it can be corrected.
Thank you

From what I can see, there is in fact only one website. What makes the Canadian web pages come up is what is in the fields of the URL, which get put in there depending on what page referred you to the accounts page.
Here is the URL I get for the Canadian web pages (when I clicked on subscriptions) starting from www.quicken.com/canada:
https://myaccount.quicken.com/subscriptions?show-downloads=1&client=web&site=ca&domain=https://www.quicken.com/canada
And now the same page, but starting from starting from www.quicken.com:
https://myaccount.quicken.com/subscriptions?_gl=1%2Aotgfgv%2A_ga%2ANTE5ODM4MDAuMTcxNTIzNzI1NQ..%2A_ga_800C54VH4B%2AMTczMTkxMjQ2Ni41Ny4xLjE3MzE5MTI2NzguNDUuMC4w

After having read your comment, I made some corrections to my post. In this context, the "web page" term is more appropriate than the "web site" term.
Thank you Chris for your comment

I'm wondering whether tech support raised a ticket regarding the unresolved problem.
Thank you

This isn't "tech support". The moderators will sometimes escalate a problem they see on here, but you can't count on that. To talk to Quicken support you need to chat with them.

Hello @FelixLanglois,
To assist with this, please provide more information. When did you first notice this issue? Was there anything that happened just before this issue started (such as an update to a program on your computer or the computer operating system)? Do you use a VPN or any other software that may conceal/alter your IP address? If you do, try pausing it when accessing the Quicken website, to see if that corrects the issue.
While not as ideal as defaulting to the correct country to start with, it is possible to manually switch to the Canadian version of the Quicken website. To do that, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Quicken Canada link under About Quicken.
I look forward to your response!
Quicken Kristina
