The above version of Quicken for Windows states: "Improved Quicken Bill Manager now supports electronic payments to Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Capital One with QuickPay, powered by a more reliable payment delivery method.".

Has anyone gotten this to work? If so what steps did you take? Here's what I tried.

I have Capital One, Chase & Wells Fargo accounts. I've only tried Capital One. My Capital One card is listed under the Bills & Income tab but only provides an option to pay it using CheckPay. What I did is I removed the biller and then I tried re-adding it and it came back and told me That the following Bill has been found using the Capital One Services connection and to select the account to add as an online bill in Quicken; it was already selected so I continued only to have the Payee readded to Bills & Income as with only the CheckPay option again with no option for QuickPay.

Since it stated it was found using the Capital One Connections Services, I removed it from the Bills & Income tab and then went into my accounts and deactivated the Capital One account and then reactivated it. It added the account without issue but when I tried adding the bill as an online bill under the Bills and Income tab, I got the same results as above occurred.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks
— Howard

    Hello @H.Richburg,

To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. Did you follow these directions from this article on the improvement to Quick Pay?

To start making electronic payments to these billers:

    1. Make sure your funding accounts are verified and enabled for both Quick Pay and Check Pay. To confirm, go to the Gear icon (settings) in the Bills & Income tab and select Payment Accounts. If you see a green check mark under both the Quick Pay and Check Pay columns, you're all set!
    2. Make sure you’ve added a supported biller as an  Online Bill in the Bills & Income dashboard.
    3. Click Quick Pay for the support biller and then verify your identity as the holder of your accounts.
    4. Provide a few one-time details for your biller, like your account number. This helps us locate your biller and process the payment.

If you have followed these steps and it's still not giving you the option for Quick Pay, please let me know so we can look into this further!

Thanks for wanting to try out the new feature! I've sent you a direct message wanting to know some details about your Capital One connection. It might be that the connection ID is not included in our configuration.
