Just to clarify the problem, I see the Quick Pay button, but when I click on it, I am getting prompted to enter the full account number and the statement payment zip code (91716). After entering this info, I get the message, "Account Number Not Found". The financial institution is Capital One Card Services and the Connection Method is Express Web Connect+. With that said, this morning, I deactivated account linking and bill pay, and removed the link on the Capital One site. I then went back and relinked the account and added to bill pay. The issue did not go away. Log files sent per your request above.

Thanks for the suggestion! I tried "Capital One Card - Current" as you suggested.

It connected successfully but when I set up the online biller I was only offered check pay.

I have also used Capital One Card Services and Capital One 360. Both give me the "account not found error".

As I mentioned, if the Capital One Card - Current is the Add Account financial institution you must use for downloading transactions for your BJ credit card (and it appears that is the case), you will not be able to use QuickPay at this time. That is because this financial institution does not yet support QuickPay.

The Capital One Card Services and Capital One 360 Add Account financial institutions do not support downloads for the BJ credit card and these are the financial institutions that now support QuickPay.

So, yes, CheckPay with your BJ credit card at this time is your only option.

Quicken Kristina, I wanted to let you know that the issue is still persisting, and that I sent these log files within a couple days of your request and referenced, QWIN-24370.

Has anyone in this post had success in adding a Capital One branded credit card to the Bills & Income tab? While I see the QuickPay button, I am being prompted to enter the full account number and Capital Ones Pay-to Zip Code. When I enter this information (with spaces, no spaces, with dashes, etc), I receive Account Number Not Found error, which prevents me from using the feature. The account is set up with Capital One Card Services and Express Web Connect+.

Thank you for the follow-up @James118,

I'm sorry to hear that leaving the dashes out didn't correct the issue. Do you keep your Capital One card(s) locked when its not in use? If you do, please try unlocking the card through the Capital One app, then try doing the Quick Pay again while the card is unlocked.

Do you have virtual card numbers set up for online shopping? If so, please make sure you are putting the card number that is on your physical Capital One card in for the account number when you are trying to use Quick Pay.

If the account has authorized users, please make sure you are using the card number for the primary account holder.

    I hope this helps!

The card is not locked. I do not use virtual card numbers. I am the only authorized user.

The issue, like others are having, is that it cannot find the account number and zip code combo.

    Thank you for your response,

Just to clarify, when you say you are the only authorized user, do you mean that you are not the primary cardholder, or do you mean that you are the only cardholder for that account?

    Thank you!

I am the primary and only cardholder.

    Thank you for clarifying,

I can see the original ticket reporting this issue was closed, so I created a new ticket to report this issue is not yet resolved.

    Thank you!
