Support - lack of...

in response to a few inquiries about lack of support - I have been on the phone for 3 different sessions. No progress and very little effort by Quicken support to get my Quicken working properly. Just completely frustrated that they don't seem to care about my issues, and I have been a loyal customer for 20+ years.

I took the liberty of reviewing your account and moved your post to Windows instead of LifeHub as I do not see an active LifeHub subscription.
Also, I apologize for the negative experience you had with support. Could you please elaborate and provide further details regarding the issue you are experiencing?
