Citibank errors when attempting to download transactions

I see that this is an ongoing issue. It has been so for me. However, I just saw an answer that seemed to indicate that it's not ongoing??? Quicken Classic for Mac. screen shots showing the error messages.

The error message in the third screenshot you posted is a known issue. Per the Community Alert linked below, please contact Quicken Support directly for assistance with this issue:
