Corebridge/AIG/Valic Connection Issues

For the last few weeks, I have been receiving errors when trying to update my retirement accounts at Valic. They have worked in the past. No error code. Just a 'Sorry' message.

I have tried removing the connection and reconnecting, but get the same error. I can logon to my accounts at 'www.valic.com' through a browser with no issues. In doing so, I am redirected to

'https://myaccount.valic.com/auth/public/login

Any suggestions?

    Ditto. Why cannot this be fixed. Happens multiple times

    same here….i called AIG and requested they look into it….SMH

    Having same problem for several days. I cannot even add it as a new account I have deactivated it and am unable to set up download Keep getting same screen as original post. I have tried validate and repair, rebooted router, restarted Quicken and computer, turned off VPN, deleted account number from account details. Nothing works

    Ongoing for well over a week, have reported this daily to Quicken after I update, still no resolution

    I got mine to work one day…then it has had the same error since then.
