For the last few weeks, I have been receiving errors when trying to update my retirement accounts at Valic. They have worked in the past. No error code. Just a 'Sorry' message.
I have tried removing the connection and reconnecting, but get the same error. I can logon to my accounts at 'www.valic.com' through a browser with no issues. In doing so, I am redirected to
'https://myaccount.valic.com/auth/public/login
Any suggestions?
