problem with changing from the register to the "bills and income page (Q Mac)

I have a MAC and a problem with displaying the register page after I access the income window. It will only show the deposits when I go back to the register.

I have also lost about three months of data

When did these issues begin to occur? Is this occurring with a specific account or across all registers? Also, would you mind providing more information regarding the data that you lost?
