New account group count & total are wrong

When I hover over Banking, the subtotal pop-up shows I have 5 Checking accounts with a total of $12,395.71.

In reality I have 3 Checking accounts with a total of $7,497.38 and 2 Cash accounts with a total of $4,898.33.

Quicken is counting the Cash accounts as Checking accounts.

QWin R60.14.

Yes, given that it's a new feature, I just noticed this in R60.14, which I installed on my test PC today. Here's a screenshot. The 2 PayPal accounts are classified as Checking, while Cash and Stash are classified as Cash accounts. All the other new subtotal info is correct. I think the implementer simply forgot to separate Cash accounts from Checking accounts.

I don't think the programmers "forgot to separate Cash from Checking". They have always been together as one subgroup. Look at your Account Sidebar prior to R60.xx

I see your point. It just looks wrong the way the new pop-up presents the subtotals.

when you dig into it you see that quicken separates them by spending accounts and savings accounts. That’s why the checking account and the cash account are combined in the total they are both considered spending accounts.

so maybe checking should be changed to spending in those sub totals.
