    See that little cross symbol next to the "50% off"? When you scroll down to the fine print: "Offer good for new memberships only."

    Hello @Chris_QPW,

    Thank you for pointing this out! When you go to purchase, are you logged in (or logging in) under an email that is already associated with a Quicken account? If so, that may be the reason the discount is vanishing.

    As @Jon pointed out, when you look at the website, it does have a small cross icon next to the price.

    When I scroll almost all the way to the bottom of that page, it defines what the cross icon means.
