USAA reconciliation
It seems like it's been over 2 years since this problem started. I've seen hundreds of posts here on quick end that have been closed with no resolution. USAA keeps downloading pending transactions and I cannot reconcile my account. What is the solution to this problem. Stop closing tickets without resolution.

I invite you to review the instructions below regarding turning on and off pending transactions whether you would like this globally or for individual accounts. You can also view these instructions and read more using this link.
- Select the Edit menu.
- Select Preferences. The Preferences window will appear.
- On the left panel, select Pending Transactions.
Turn Pending Transactions on or off globally
To turn Pending Transactions on or off, click the ON/OFF switch on the Pending Transactions preferences screen (See above). This will turn on pending transactions for all capable account. To select specific accounts, see the next heading.
Select accounts to show Pending Transactions and include them in balances
When you turn on Pending Transactions, Quicken's default is to show those transactions for all eligible accounts.
Eligible Accounts
Only accounts that use Express Web Connect to download transactions are eligible for Pending Transactions.
To select specific accounts to display pending transactions in the register:
- On the Pending Transactions preferences page, select Account Settings.
- On the Select accounts to show Pending Transactions screen, select the accounts you want to show pending transactions.
- if you wish to have pending transaction amounts count toward your balances, select the accounts in the Include in current & ending balances column. Only accounts that display pending transactions are eligible to include them in balances.
- Select OK.

FYI: This is a users forum. There are no Quicken Support folks who participate here. There are a few Quicken Moderators who can and do provide some great assistance and pass along some good and helpful information but they are not technical support.
Being that this is not a Quicken Support tool and that it is primarily a users forum, there are no tickets created nor closed out here. Discussion threads do get closed out after a few weeks of no activity because no activity is an indication that the subject of the thread has gone stale, the users' issue is no longer an issue, the questions asked were satisfactorily answered or there simply no longer is an active interest. If the issue pops up for someone, again, they can start a new thread and if they want they can copy the URLs from other related closed threads.
