Schools First FCU CC-503 Error Resolved
Hello fellow SFFCU members,
I was having the same problem. After speaking to a Quicken Support when it first started they had escalated the matter and found that it was Schools First who was blocking Quicken users traffic. I tried to add our School First accounts this morning. To my shock and surprise Poop! My accounts appeared and I was once again able to update my Schools First accounts! Hopefully all you will have the same result. Thank you to the Quicken Support Team for giving the Tech people at Schools First a the riot act on behave of all us Quicken user. Thank you!
Mark

I am still getting the error code and have already attempted all the fixes.

I was able to link the accounts again tonight.
Thanks for showing the Schools First team the error.

For the folks who are now working, do you have two-factor authentication enabled (where you are prompted by Quicken/SF to choose a device (email/text) for a one-time passcode to continue the download)?
That part worked for me, but then it disconnects and gives this message:

I'm still getting on error code 503; "gateway circuit breaker open". I do have two-factor authentication set-up, but I'm not getting an opportunity to engage it.

Hello All,
This alert regarding users receiving a CC-503 with Schools First Federal Credit Union is still open. I advise bookmarking the alert for all further updates.
I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused in the meantime.

Logged into SF today. I am still getting this message. "Sorry we encountered and error. It's not your fault". It's pushing two weeks now.

Glory Hallelujah, and THANK YOU PROS AT QUICKEN, for being bulldogs on this!
I cancelled downloading access on each SFFCU account (including the overdraft one), signed back on for access again, and normal downloads resumed.

I followed the procedure used by ratleader and kenbodger above, and I'm still getting the "It's Not Your Fault" error like bgugliel. No progress so far as I can tell.

My issue was resolved on 12/15. I did not change anything so I assume it was something Quicken or SF did on their end. Glad that it is working now. Look forward to seeing root cause posted on this thread after it is fully resolved for everyone.
