Persistent Http 306 and 503 Errors

For the last 3 months, my online account only syncs account totals. No detail is updated
I've gone thru every know fix, from resetting data to creating a new online list of acconts.
NOTHING has fixed this problem making online UNUSEABLE.
How do I get a discount for my annual fee??????

To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. You posted in the Quicken Mobile section. Is this happening only in the mobile app, or are you also seeing this issue in the desktop application? Which financial institution(s) is this happening with?
