Does anyone know if this has ever been resolved?
Our business has not been able to update our software because of this bug, even though we have been paying for this for two years now……Does anyone have a fix for this, or a workaround, or anything? We'd really like to have the latest version and security fixes, but cannot update without this issue resolved because of how our business works.

This issue had a fix released in version R47.
I suggest installing the latest Quicken release R60.15 and see if that resolved the issue for you. If it does not, we can proceed from there.
To install R60.15 please navigate to Help > Check for Updates.
Alternatively, you can also manually download and install R60.15 through the Manual Patch found in this support article.
