can't log in to my Capital One account
when trying to add new account or activate web connect to my Capital One account I get to the page that says: "sign in to your Capital One card service" and the blue circle just rotate and will not go to the bank login page. It works OK when I try it on Well Fargo bank but not for Capital One or Chase bank. Please advise.
P.S. It worked just fine recently but not now.

To clarify, are you trying to add a new account or attempting to reconnect an already existing account you have set up in Quicken? Also, if you don't mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the issue you are seeing? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot.
