Multiple accounts with USAA, not getting credit card info in my wife's name
We bank with USAA and my wife has a credit card that we use as a catch-all for monthly spending, and then just pay it off every month. Since th ecard is not in my name, I cannot download the Quicken file (according to USAA support), so how do I login to that account as her instead of me?
I tried the different browser method, and all I get is an error. How do I set this up? I've been messing around with this all week, and need this thing solved. Can someone assist

Hello @Jim Dirkes,
When did this issue begin to occur? Did you previously have this account connected in your Quicken?
If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you described receiving? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
Thanks!

@Jim Dirkes You should connect her credit card with her account for downloads. That is, for online setup, you use your credentials to connect your accounts… and her credentials for her accounts. My wife and I each have Amex, Chase Visa, banking, brokerage and other accounts… Except for our joint account, every one of her accounts is set up with her login/authorization credentials… and mine with mine. Quicken has no problem downloading from each financial institution multiple times for different users.
