Getting Care Code FDP-109 when attempting to connect to PayPal accounts

Previously, I could connect and download transactions in my PayPal accounts to quicken (mac). For the last several months I've been getting this FDP-109 error. What do I need to do to connect Quicken to PayPal?

Hello @martydew,
If you haven't already, please take a moment to review and follow this error-specific support article regarding error FDP-109.
As stated in the article, typically this error occurs when the financial institution requires you to change your password.
