Scheduled Transactions - Bills & Income Reminders A-Z; Now Z - A
Ever since the R60.15 Update the order in which my Bills and Deposits window shows upcoming transactions now is frozen showing Z - A when toggling "Sort by Payee"; If I toggle "Sort by Next Due Date, it shows the oldest first, If I toggle "Sort by Amount" nothing happens. Also, if sorting by amount, the column heading allowing me to toggle high to low, or low to high does not function, but the column itself is not disabled. The same is true if the column "Pay to/ Receive From" or the"Due Date Column" is clicked on. Nothing happens. I've scoured the search pages to see if anyone else was having this problem; I can't find any post. I just can't believe this is only happening to my Quicken Date File. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is this a bug created when R60.15 was updated?

There are several ways to view upcoming Reminders in Quicken.
To be sure we are looking at the same thing, exactly how are you accessing the "Bills and Deposits" window when you see this problem, and what is the window's exact title? It would also help if you you use the exact names of any columns you are referring to.

I think the OP talks about the Bill and Income Reminders tab in a banking account register.
Once toggled to descending Due Date ("Due ▾") it is no longer possible to switch to ascending Due Date or to any other column which allows sorting by clicking on the column header. The same applies when clicking on "Pay to …"

This is the correct tab I use for paying my bills. I've been using Quicken for 25 Years so I'm pretty familiar with Quicken and its features. And.. as I said in my initial post, the user has three sorting options inside this tab. By Payee, By Amount, By Next Date. I use this tab and options on a regular basis. Rather than opening registers to see upcoming scheduled transitions I like using this tab.
This is the first time clicking on any of these three options where Quicken displays them is reverse order, and there is no way to change the order no matter which option closen.
So rather than showing a scheduled transaction that is about to be due, it shows the opposite; the latest, not earliest transaction. I now need to scroll down to the bottom to see scheduled transactions. Ans as UKR indicates, if you try to reverse the order in the column opened, its frozen, it won't reverse the order.
I think this is a bug that occurred in the latest release. I'm hoping other community users have experienced this or not? This question posted is not "How do I" do something. Its something that happened as a result of the R60.15 release.
Should I be reporting this directly to Quicken as a bug?

I just submitted the reports but Quicken limits the reports to 10. I didn't know which log files to delete since I included a sanitized data file and two screen shots.

Hello @William Luisi,
That is perfect, thank you! Would you mind providing the exact steps to replicate this issue? This is so that I may attempt to receive the same results within my own Quicken (for reporting purposes). Also, have you attempted any troubleshooting steps thus far?
Let me know!

- I click on a shortcut on the top upper tool bar "Manage Bills and Income Reminders". The shortcut itself says "Scheduled Transactions"
- The shortcut opens the "Bills & Income Reminders" Window. This is where all of my scheduled transactions are listed. I can enter, edit, or skip transactions from this window.
- There is an options tax in the upper right of the window. There are three options; sort by Payee, Amount, or Next Date. I use all of the options but mostly next date.
OMG Jasmine: I just fixed the problem. In that same options window is: Suggest Reminders; I clicked on "Decline all suggested reminders" and the problem disappeared.
The problem up until a moment ago was that the order in which the transactions were displayed were in reverse order; Oldest Date instead of Nearest; Z - A on payees instead of A - Z; and the amount was highest to smallest. All in the reverse of what I am expecting to see. Furthermore the column affected did not toggle when the small upper/lower triangle was clicked on. It did not thing to reverse.
So the last update must have added a feature in the Suggest Reminders (since until today I never opened it). I wonder if you were to open the windows as detailed above, and DID NOT click on Suggest Reminders if the same problem exisits?
