Web Quicken.Com does not show individual transactions for investment account
I have an investment account with Fidelity that shows individual transactions with my Mac version of quicken.
I frequently use the web-based version of quicken. It is amazingly faithful. However, for this investment account (which I use as a checking account), Quicken on the web does not show individual transactions. However, I do have "Investment Tracking Method" as Detailed:
And the same is true of transaction downloads:
Others have complained about this online. However, the complaints have been systematically misunderstood by both members of this community trying to be helpful and by the quicken admins.
The problem is not the way that the transactions are being downloaded. The problem is that the web-version of the Quicken does not have this capability, and it is a capability that is needed.

Hello @narffle,
When you refer to the web-based Quicken, are you referring to the companion app, Quicken on the Web? If you are, then unfortunately, investment transactions are not supported. The companion apps do not support all the same functionality that the desktop apps do. If this is something you'd like to see added to Quicken on the Web in the future, then I'd suggest creating an Idea post to request it.
I hope this helps!
