Ascensus 401k --> FDP-105 error
Hi, I've been unable to connect to my Ascensus 401k for the past week or so. The error code is: FI_WEBSITE_UNAVAILABLE (FDP-105). The URL that I would use if I were to log into my account via the web is https://myaccount.ascensus.com/rplink/account/login and that works fine. Maybe the Quicken connection changed with Ascensus?
Anyone else having the same connection issue?

I am having the same issue. The support article is not giving me any guidance. I called Ascensus about this issue and they said they don't support 3rd party apps and to contact Quicken for support. Something changed on Ascensus after the first of the year.

Please make sure you all are updated to the latest release of 8.0.0. You can update by navigating to Quicken > Check for updates.

Same issue here since Jan 1 - my IRA will no longer connect. I highly regret Vanguard sold these accounts to this company. Even when it worked you only get super simple tracking in the Quicken app. Their own Website lacks detailed information regarding your transaction history. Still, I hope this is resolved. Even a simple running balance from Ascensus in Quicken is better than nothing. How hard can it be for them to maintain that?

I'm having the same issue, and agree with all of schwaggy's points. If it's included (Ascensus - RPLink) in Quicken's list of financial institutions, shouldn't it be supported?

Same issue here also. I have reported it using report a problem.

Jumping on to say that I am having the same issues, also agree with schwaggy's points, and have been reporting the problem everytime I open Quicken. Everything posted here is exactly the experience I am having. Updating to 8.0 did not fix this problem with Ascensus.
