Dreaded Quicken Classic Blank Screen

Opened quicken, logged out of my account because I couldnt add a new account for online downloads. Went to re-open and goes to the dreaded blank / white troubleshhoting screen.

I have read and tried everything to get my quicken to work. Reinstalled quicken, system restore, patch, edge, validate, super validate, new file. you name it, I have tried it and nothing helps.

Anyone know a sure fire way to get quicken back up and running?

Pull down the File menu and select a data file.

Thank you for providing the screenshot.

I know you mentioned that you have already tried uninstalling/reinstalling Quicken, however, please try doing so once more. Except, after you have uninstalled and before you proceed with reinstalling, please open your Windows File Explorer and navigate to This PC > C: Drive > Program Files (x86) and delete the folder titled "Quicken" (doing so does not affect your data files).

After you have deleted this folder, go ahead and try reinstalling.

Let us know how it goes!

Nothing works. new file, old file, validated file. I know my way around computers very well. I get a glimse of my original file, but then right back to the blank white screen. I am to now assume, after reading all the info online. I am no longer able to use quicken.

What's the full path to your data file(s)?

Ditched Quicken after 30 years because the support and product is so bad now. [Removed - 3rd Party Software]
