Income Reminder Transactions Not All Showing in Budget

This has happened for the past few years now and no one can seem to figure it out. This year I started from scratch, created a new budget, entered all new income items to hopefully avoid this, but yet again some of the income items just got 'skipped' in the reoccurrence. It is happening on multiple income items (2), but in the same months - February, May, and October. I also removed any reminders because I read that may cause the issue in years' past.
Would appreciate any insight here, as this is tremendously annoying.
I found this thread, which is an almost exact issue documented, but the discussion is now closed and there doesn't appear to be an answer:

Thanks but I don’t know how to pull log files, get sanitized data files. Happy to put in the Help request and add some screen shots if you can tell me how to pull the other items?

Hello @wovenandspundesigns,
To do this you will simply need to navigate to Help > Report a problem from within the Quicken program.
From there, you will receive the following screen below.
You will select a category, fill out both the title and description field, select all the checkboxes, and then click Send to Quicken.
I hope this helps!
