Ideas for entry page

Instead of Flag markers, I would like to be able change the box color were flag is so it will be bolder!

Also were like to be able to change whole entry info color , like change whole entry line red incase I am watching it for special reason!

Just a couple of suggestion I would like to see, just to make info stand out more!
