No connector for Rockland Federal Credit Union loans

Hi,
RFCU uses a site called https://creditpaypro.com to process loan payments. Unable to find this as a connection option.
Thanks,
John

Hello @Shapquit,
I'm sorry to hear you're encountering this issue. To better assist with this, please provide more information. Are you trying add Rockland Federal Credit Union (RFCU) as an online biller, or are you just trying to connect the account(s) in your Quicken file? You mentioned the URL you use for making loan payments; does that mean that the account you're trying to connect is a loan account? What is the exact URL that you use when logging into the account directly through the financial institution website?
I can see that there is a connection option for RFCU in Quicken.
When I check on our end, it looks like you attempted to connect to that option and got a FDP-103 error. Is that what you saw on your end also? If not, please provide more detail exactly what happened when you attempted to connect.
I look forward to your response!

Hi Kristina. Please see the attached screenshot. RFCU uses a 3rd party to process their loan payments. So when you are on their site and select "Pay Here" under the Loan Payment Center column, you are taken to http://creditpaypro.com (note the lower left corner of screenshot). I'm wondering if that vender can be added to Quicken. Thanks!

Quicken doesn't (and can't) add new financial institutions; the financial institution needs to sign on with Quicken's connectivity provider, Intuit. You should lobby RFCU to get their third-party processor to sign on with Intuit so Quicken can connect with them.
