why are quicken savings goals shown shaded and in italics?

Recently all of my savings goals, as shown on the home page (left most panel) are showing the amount in italics and shaded. Any one seen this before? Like….

"Emergency Fund $100.00"

    I would hazard a guess that the amounts in your Savings Goal "virtual accounts" are shown in italics because they do not represent real money, just money earmarked for a special purpose. And we don't want to count it twice towards your Net Worth.

    Go to the Planning tab and select Savings Goals. In the upper right click on Goal Actions. You will notice that Show savings goal transactions… is unchecked. Check it and you will be back to what you expect.
