Capital One freezes when updating

Capital One freezes when updating. I've signed out of quicken and back in, i've reset capital one and it still freezes. I also tried to de-activate and to readd, and that also froze. No error message, it will not complete the operation.

Hello @inman,
At what point during the update process with Capital One do you experience freezing? When did this issue begin to occur? Does this occur during a One Step Update and during an individual account update? To clarify, are you only experiencing freezing when attempting to update Capital One? This issue does not occur with other financial institutions?
Let me know!

It occurs in the update when it says "processing data". I have to end task, it will not complete. Fidelity and other accounts are working, it's specific to Capital One.

I have also confirmed on the Capital One site the account is still linked

The next troubleshooting step I would try is validating and super validating your data file.

Hello @inman,
When you attempted to deactivate/reactivate your accounts, did you deactivate all of your accounts with Capital One before reactivating?
Let me know!

Hello @inman,
Thank you for providing more information.
This could be an issue with your data file due to what you described. I invite you to review the instructions below. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding.
Validate:
- File
- Validate and Repair File...
- Validate File
- Click OK
- Close the Data Log
- Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
- Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.
If the issue persists, proceed to Super Validate. If the issue is resolved after performing validation, then please disregard the instructions to Super Validate.
Super Validate:
- File
- Hold CTRL + Shift and click Validate and Repair File...
- Super Validate File
- Click OK
- Close the Data Log
- Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
- Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.
Let me know how it goes!

Thank you for your reply,
Since Validate/Super Validate did not correct the issue, the next step would be restoring a backup from before the issue started.
Please let me know how it goes!
