Is mobile app reliable in general?

I'm using iOS mobile app with Windows 11 Pro desktop.
Changing files seems to process normally but shows me a mixture of accounts from 2 different files when attempting to add a transaction. Also does not recognize a payee that should be present in both files.
Process is using much more time trouble shooting than writing up transactions to desktop program from paper would require, and more importantly shaking my confidence.

Hello @r-comm-acct,
I'm sorry to hear you're running into this issue. To help troubleshoot this, please provide more information. Is there anything that seems to trigger this behavior? Does it happen only in one specific file? Are you trying to add the transaction from the dashboard, from the All Transactions screen, or from within a specific account (or does this happen regardless of which add transaction button you use)?
Which version of the mobile app are you using? You can see this in the app, when you tap the 3 lines in the upper left (the hamburger menu) and scroll down to the bottom of the menu. It will show the app version directly below Feedback and above the Sign Out button.
What type of device are you using (for example, an iPhone SE3)? Which version of iOS are you currently using? Have you restarted your mobile device recently? If not, I recommend restarting it and testing to see if that resolves the issue.
I look forward to your reply!

Triggered by adding a transaction from dashboard — I did not test other ways of adding transaction(s). Data being important, sacred really, I deleted the app after cold booting my iPhone SE3 did not help. So, I do not know the version. I noticed it in both of my two files that were synced to mobile. I did sent a report of the issue with all requested logs from my iPhone.
I very much appreciate your interest and would be happy to work through the problem(s), if I only had the time. I've been using Quicken since the late 1980s on MSDOS, pre-GUI Windows! So it's quite rattling to have basic register functionality feel unstable. I hope that you can test extensively to reproduce and correct. Thank you.

Thank you for your reply,
I also use an iPhone SE3. Based on the logs you submitted via the mobile app, I can see that you were using the most current version of the app. I'm not able to replicate the issue you're reporting though. I have multiple Quicken files that I sync with the cloud, and none of them are seeing accounts that aren't in that Quicken file when I tap the + icon on the dashboard to create a new transaction.
Is this happening with all of your Quicken files when you update them on the mobile app? Does it happen as soon as you open the app and tap to add a transaction? If not, what exact sequence of events precedes the issue (for example, open the app, make updates to one file, switch to the other file, tap to create a transaction, then the problem happens)?
Since I'm not able to replicate this issue, there's a chance that it could be an issue with the data saved in the Quicken Cloud for your files. I recommend that you reset the Quicken Cloud for the files where you're having this issue. To reset the cloud, in your Quicken program, open the problem file, navigate to Edit>Preferences>Mobile & Web. Click the blue Reset your cloud data link.
Type "yes" in the confirmation window that comes up. Then click the Reset button.
Once the reset completes, if you have more than one file that is having this issue, switch to the next file and repeat this process. Once the cloud reset is completed in all the problem files, please test to see if the issue persists.
Please let me know how it goes!
