    I did not mean it's a known issue.

    I said internally it was a known issue meaning you internal tools
    This issue is definitely known to many users and needs more attention from the dev team

    Could you please clarify what you're asking for? It sounds like you want an issue-reporting system that requires less action from users. If that is the case, I recommend creating an Idea post. Ideas that get enough votes may be implemented in the future!

    Per your request, I split off the relevant part of the discussion and made it into a feature request. To make this request more effective, it would be helpful if you could provide more details exactly what you'd like to see.

    For example, would you want the Report a Problem function (which is in the Help menu) to automatically send problem reports every time you see an error message in your Quicken? Since that function does gather logs and a screenshot, would you want a pop-up message so that you'd have the option to cancel or edit the report before it's automatically sent?
